Pre-Paid Hours Block of 12




How it works: You purchase a block of hours (6, 12 or 24) and as you use Right Click IT for support or questions we mark those hours against your account. Once the level reaches 70% we contact you to see if you would like to top up or if you think moving to a Service Level Agreement would be better suited.

Our accounts team will provide a statement of your prepaid hours balance on a monthly basis around the 10th of every month, which is shortly after we raise our monthly invoicing that captures hours used for the entire preceding month.
